Relationship: When it comes to her family, Bella is sort of torn sometimes. She loves both of her parents, but being raised with her mother until she decided to move to Forks. She loves her father but doesn't always feel close to him. She sort of feels awkward around him, and sometimes wishes to just be left alone. She loves her mother but often worries about her. As for her step father she doesn't really know him that well but he makes her mother happy... That's all she can ask for.

Personality

Bella is average. If you look at her there really isn't anything overly special about her. She was a decent student in high school, she was terrible in gym though. No matter what she did she was terrible in gym. Basically she was always extremely boring, nothing about her was unique or capturing. She was just another thin girl. That's how she was until she met the Cullens and moved to Forks.

Her stubborn and naive nature came into full light when she fell in love with Edward Cullen. He was the most interesting person to her in the world. Bella became a little bit more of an interesting person when she moved to Forks in the first place. She was forced to speak more, she was forced to be more social. Overall Bella isn't really a social person, she likes to be left alone most of the time, she likes to be quiet. She hates to talk about herself, she hates attention and she hates it when people stare at her.

Bella has a temper as well, when Edward left her, she become a mess. She was already not the most social person but she could easily lock herself away. She didn't want to deal with people. Bella is the type of person who at times needs to use people to get out of her locked case. She can be an idiot when she doesn't know what else to do.

Bella likes to torture Edward, not because she wants him to feel pain, but the fun loving sort of torture. Actually she doesn't think she's complete without him. Bella is very dependent on him for her well being. It doesn't matter what is going on, she needs him to be whole.

Bella's got sides to her that she hasn't explored. She knows what love is now, she knows what pain is now, but she still doesn't fully know herself. She's currently in the middle of trying to figure herself out.

History

Bella was born in the middle of September in 1987, she was born in Forks, Washington. She doesn't remember any of it of course though, her mother left her father 6 months after she was born moving them down to Phoenix, Arizona. Growing up Bella only spent a month during the summer with her father in Forks. She always hated going, she loved going home to Phoenix though.

From a time Bella was really young she didn't have a lot friends, she didn't bother with a lot of the same things kids did. She tried playing on pee-wee teams but she had no coordination at all and was take out and gave up on it pretty quickly. She liked to read though. From a young age that was a pretty safe thing to do.

Her Mom was always a ball of energy and louder and more outgoing.. Bella was the calm one between the two she learned how to take care of herself at a young age. She never really had a lot of friends growing up. She had the few people that she talked to, but she never fit in. Her life was simply just another life nothing interesting going on, nothing really worth noting. A long list of stories of falling down however could be told. Yet, after a while they all start to sound the same to her.

Bella decided to move to Forks, Washington mostly for her mothers sake so she can be with Phil Dwyer (a minor league baseball player). It was a hard choice for her to make, but it was the right thing for her mother. She didn't want to hold her mother back, besides she did sort of want to spend time with her father. Too bad he didn't live somewhere nicer and warmer. Why anyone would choice to live in a place as rainy and dark as Forks was beyond her. Yet there she was on a flight to Washington to live with her father.

She was sort of nervous at first in the car with her father, he told her he bought her a car. She was surprised but sort of thankful. She was more thankful than she'd like to admit. After all she was still not exactly happy about being in Forks.

Staring high school in a new place wasn't easy for her. She wasn't exactly sure what she was doing in Forks High. Everybody knew who she was and everybody wanted to know her. It was the typical small town thing, but she didn't get it. She didn't get why they all had to talk to her show her around. It was almost a blur all of the people talking to her. She made some new friends, even though she felt weird with them all the same. Jessica Stanley, Angela Weber and Mike Newton. The table was interesting and really talkative.

That was the first time she saw the group that would change the course of her life forever. The Cullens, she asked Jessica about them, but tuned her out pretty quickly when she kept going on. She got as far as they were adopted and didn't talk to anyone else. She noticed Edward at first. He was the one that caught her attention the most. He was the only 'single one.' She later sat next to him in biology where she was positive that he hated her. She didn't know the half of it.

Bella never understood Edward, even when he started to be kinder, when he saved her life... When he started to spend time with him. When she started to have dreams about him. Bella always hard dreams about him, about the way he was.

When Bella was invited to La Push with some friends she invited Edward but he declined. She ran into an old family friend, Jacob Black the son of Henry Black her fathers best friend. He told her about the "cold ones" about the history of his families trip. She figured it out that he was a vampire. Surprisingly enough though it didn't bother as much as it should. Just an example of how naive she really could be. She didn't mind putting herself in danger.

When she confronted Edward about it he told her everything, about how her blood 'sings' to him. He explained the way of the Cullen's that they didn't drink human blood, only Animal. He explained that he couldn't read her mind like he could everyone else. Despite the danger Edward couldn't keep away from her, and Bella didn't want him to keep away from her. She wanted to be with him. They finally declared their love for each other. Bella knew she loved him, but it was all very new to her. Love wasn't something new for her. It wasn't something she was used to feeling.

Things got really messy when she went out with the Cullens to watch them play baseball in the middle of the storm. They ran into three vampires. Vampires that were content drinking human blood. They were content killing Bella even. James, one of the three vampires decided he wanted kill Bella, she'd be an interesting thing to kill.

Chasing her, Bella is forced to break her fathers heart and run to Phoenix where she thinks James is going to kill her mother. It was a trap. Lucky for her Bella is saved by the Cullens, however she was bitten by James. Edward so desperately didn't want her to turn into a vampire that he sucked the venom out of her. Bella wanted to become a vampire at that time though, she'd do anything to stay with Edward. Besides his family was becoming hers. She considered Alice, his sister, to be her best friend. She got along with Emmett even. Although she didn't not get along with Jasper, he kept his distance from her. And Rosalie... She didn't even want to think about how much that one didn't like her much. However Edwards parents were wonderful. She loved them all. Even though Edward and Bella disagreed about her becoming a vampire he did manage to get her to go to the Prom, even as bandaged up as she was.

The summer with Edward passed too quickly sure they argued about her becoming a vampire and she loved to push his buttons while all he wanted to do was protect her. Finally school started up and her birthday came around. Her 18th birthday. Her 18th birthday was sort of hard for her, she didn't want to be older than Edward, who would always be 17. She wasn't happy about it. She wanted to be turned into a Vampire. However that wasn't going to happen. Edward wanted her to stay human for as long as possible.

She cut her finger durning the party and Jasper couldn't control himself and tried to attack her . It was that night that Edward decided it was to dangerous for them to be together. He didn't want to put her in that sort of danger. He left her that night. Bella was found in the woods by Sam Ulley. She doesn't even remember all of it. for four months she didn't even bother thinking about anything. She was depressed to the point where she stopped talking to anyone. Her father did everything he could, but nothing worked.

Finally doing something 'teenage like' she did go to a movie with Jessica, that was the first time that she heard his voice. She could hear him if she was doing something stupid. Jessica was angry with her when they got back. It was pathetic that she'd do that. She knew it, but hearing his voice was everything to her.

Getting two bikes off the side of the road she got Jacob Black to help her fix them. They started to become closer and closer. She still did everything possible just so she could hear Edwards voice again, his calm voice even when it was angry it sounded perfect. Jacob was the one person that managed to help her out to become a little bit more of herself. Still school didn't matter too much, she did fine, but she still wasn't as social and Mike stopped walking to her to class and didn't start up again either.

After going to a movie with Mike and Jacob, Mike got sick and Jacob wasn't feeling too well either. He turned into a werewolf cutting her off for ages. She finally figured it out and that was about the time she learned that Victoria (James's mate that the Cullens had killed) was after her. Still things were just not happy.

Jacob promised to take her cliff diving one day, but he didn't show, so she figured she'd do it herself and hear his voice... Jumping she nearly drowned, Alice saw that part. (Alice can see the future). However she couldn't see anything with Jacob seeing her, as her ability didn't work when werewolves where involved. A mess erupted and Edward was told that Bella had died.

He went to Italy to find to Volturi to kill him. He wanted to die. He wanted them to kill her, if Bella wasn't around why would he want to live. Bella ran to Italy with Alice in an attempt to save him. Luckily they did, however the Volturi did make them promise that she'd be turned into a vampire. They want her to become a vampire. That catch is, that the peace between the Cullens and the La Push Pack would end the second they bit her.

When she gets back to Forks, Charlie grounded her. Things weren't to hard, minus Jacob, she lost Jacob because of her relation to Edward. Meanwhile Edward wants to get her into college but Bella thinks that college is pointless since she's going to be turning into a vampire soon anyway.

After a rash of killings in Seattle and a trip to Florida they figure out that Victoria is after Bella with a bunch of newborn vampires.

Bella, Edward, and Alice graduate high school and have a a party, but learn that Victoria is coming sooner than she thought. The werewolves join with the Cullens to fight the newborns. The Cullens and the werewolves win, however when Jacob gets hurt Bella nearly has a fit. She ends up breaking his heart, and going to join Edward. They decide to get married, and let Alice plan the wedding. As crazy as that is.

Currently Bella still feels guilty about Jacob, but she is set on having the wedding, she is set on becoming a vampire. As much as she doesn't want to be married yet, for Edward she is willing to do it. She's also trying to figure out how to have a friendship with Jacob and still be with Edward, she is naive enough to think that she can have both worlds.

More: Bella is pretty plan with a heart shaped face. She's a think girl and pretty plan. She is slightly awkward and isn't too into fashion. She's very pale, and her lips are too full for her jaw. She's got a scar on her arm now from James which is a few degrees colder than the rest of her body
